Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Almost always. We scope which rooms are working-area and which are off-limits each week, and we set up dust barriers accordingly.
How are estimates structured?
Fixed-bid, line-itemed — labor, materials, fixtures, and disposal all called out. If you want an allowance for a specific finish choice, we call it out explicitly.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Bathroom tile-and-fixture swaps often don't need one. Wall moves, structural, and electrical/plumbing work always do — we pull them.
How long does a typical bathroom remodel take?
3–6 weeks from demo to punch-out, depending on scope. Structural or layout changes push longer.
